Sculpting-Self (2024)

Sculpting-Self (2024) extends my exploration with foam sculptures from RCA, now crafting wearable sculptures intended for both independent existence and bodily engagement. Blurring art and fashion boundaries, it questions if a sculpture, when interacted with the body, transforms into fashion or remains art. Each piece is open-ended, allowing for self-identity sculpting, aiming to heal and transcend societal constraints. Capturing evolving selves through performances.
